Kuat Piston SR Roof 1 Bike Rack Review - 2023 Subaru Outback Wagon

Hey, it's Ethan here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Kuat Piston SR Roof Bike Rack on our 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness. So this might be a good option for you if you have something in your hitch already, if you don't have a hitch, or you just wanna store a bike on your roof rack. This is capable of holding a bike up to 67 pounds, and you'll save some room for other accessories on your crossbars. The SR holds onto our bike with this dual-wheel mounting structure, so it's not making any frame contact which is nice. In the event that you want to transport a carbon frame bike, you can do that. more

Malone Roof Bike Racks Review - 2022 Subaru Outback Wagon

Hey everyone, Charles here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at the Malone Pilot roof mounted bike rack on a 2022 Subaru Outback wagon Wilderness. This is gonna be a great way of transporting your bicycle especially if you don't have a hitch or anything like that. It is a front wheel mount, which I like because I don't have to worry about damaging a carbon frame style bike or having to worry about a custom paint or any of the odd shaped style frames. We're gonna have three attachment points holding the bike on the rack, a strap for each tire, and then the front wheel mount. Has a weight capacity of 33 pounds, just make sure to not exceed that. And the cradles do adjust left and right to accommodate those different wheel base sizes. more

Inno Roof Bike Racks Review - 2022 Subaru Outback Wagon

Hey everyone, Charles here at the etrailer and today we're taking a look at the INNO Tire Hold Roof-Mounted Bike Rack on a 2022 Subaru Outback Wagon Wilderness. So this is gonna be a dual tire-mounted bike rack which is gonna be great especially for those carbon frame style bikes, custom paint or odd shape style bike frames, because you're being held on by the tires. It's gonna be made out of aluminum and finished with a black powder coat, making it durable and rust resistant as well. To take the bike on and off is really simple compared to a lot of the other roof bike racks that I've worked on. So your main contact points are just these two wheel mounts and keeping a hand on the bike we can, after we unlock it, lift up on this latch and that is going to loosen up the back tire hole, but make sure you have a good grip because right now your bike is free and all we have to do is wheel it behind and grab it up and take it off the bike. To put it on, we're gonna start with the front wheel and then all we have to do is lift this up just a little bit, lock that into place and now all we have to do is, roll it forward until it stops clicking. more
